HELLO! Newbie from Los Angeles, CA

Hello BP Friends!!
This site is very helpful so Thank you to the founder of and all the awesome contributors to this site. My name is Marie, I’m new to BP and really excited to connect with many of you about investing. I am a beginner investor originally from FL but currently living in Los Angeles. I have spent the last couple months reading everything I could find on real estate investing, specifically wholesaling properties. I am currently working on building my buyer’s list and my goal is to do my first deal within the next 2/3 months. In the meantime, (I’m not sure if this is the best route to go but) I would like to get some hands on experience by working as a bird dog for a seasoned investor. Is anyone here looking for a birg dog?
