New Member and Boiler Replacement Discussion

Hello Everyone,

A new real estate investor here from right outside of Boston, MA. Accountant by trade, but real estate has always been my passion and have been doing a lot more self education recently to really figure out what area of focus I feel I could provide the most value to in the industry. I grew up with my parents owning a three family that we lived in, but they never took that next step to make the property work for them no matter how much I tried to prove to them. Therefore, I know ultimately I want to own multiple multi-family properties.

Currently my wife and I own a single family home. We are looking to replace our boiler, given that it is over 35 years old. As much as I read online about different products, I wanted to reach out and see what people have used in their properties. We anticipate selling this home in the next 5-7 years so we do not want the top of the line product. Some companies I have looked into so far are Navien, Burnham and Viessmann.

I am looking forward to providing value where I can.

-Kevin
