Hey everybody! My name is Travis Baldridge, and I've been lurking on the page for quite awhile now trying to soak up as much information as possible. I am 23 years old and I currently work as a Promoter and Marketer for a Remodeling company in Toledo OH and im looking to dive in to Real Estate Investing within the next couple months. I have been studying and planning for this the last few years. My plan is to first form a LLC, form a relationship with a local Real Estate Attorney, and then build up a buyer list of local investors. I would like to start wholesaling to build up cash and resources then transition to flips and buy & holds. Im basically a one man team, however I have tons of connections with home remodelers in the area. Im very excited to be apart of such an awesome community, and I cant wait to get started investing.
