My Real Estate Journey starts Today!

Hey everyone.  My name is Justin, I live in South Jersey about 30 minutes east of Philadephia.  I am starting from scratch, and while I know the general ideas of different investment strategies, my knowledge goes no further. 

That is exactly why I am here!  I wish to achieve a thriving business of my own that will provide freedom from a day job.  

I've read through the beginner's guide and listened to the podcast that accompanies it, but where do I go from here??
