New to this forum ...try to get ideas and tips

Hello everyone...

I'm pretty new to real estate...

I'm trying to get money (that I dont have...)

And invest with a friend of mine that lives in GA...I live in saint Louis...

I'm scared to death that something will go wrong and I'll be loosing money that I dont have....

Help please...

Any tips .advises .will be appreciated. 

That friend is doing real estate for over 20 years....and his main focus is Flipping houses as fast as 30 days to 90 days...

I'm a self employee that barley pay bills ..

Business is pretty bad..(selling medical devices) so I'm trying to get into real estate ...
