Hi, my name is James Stanley and I am starting out on real estate investing this year. I have been reading and studying for the past year while saving up as much money as my wife and I could to get started. We are looking to buy 4 properties at least this year. We are looking at single family and multifamily properties to buy and hold long term. I am looking at ways to increase my lead generation, one way is with my website, I hope it will have a good ROI.
