Hello Everyone,

I have been listening to the podcast for awhile now and finally decided to make an account! I am currently a tax accountant in the Youngstown area and looking to get into rental real estate. I am currently in the process of saving money, looking for properties, and learning as much as possible. I want to get into a multi-family unit that I can rent and live out of. I want something in the Akron, Youngstown, or Cleveland area. I am currently 23 and want to eventually just focus on real estate full time once I have enough properties. I also have an interest in Melbourne, FL later on. As I have family and am originally from there so I know the area. I am currently trying to learn how much money I will need to have to be safe to close on my first property, how to price my offer, and things to watch out for with rentals.
