Hello everyone! My name is Trevor and I’m new to the forums and site. I live in Yucaipa which is just east of San Bernardino Ca. Have been very impressed with the podcasts. I’m a fairly young investor with a full time job and a small portfolio. 7 properties and 10 doors. Self managed. Would love to meet up and talk to others and get insight on expanding to other areas and their lending hurdles. Talk you soon!
