Good Morning and I hope everyone is off to a great start in 2018! I have been lurking around this site for a while now and have learned a ton from all of the great information and resources here and decided it was time that I join the fun! I am an aspiring investor from the Denver Area. I was inspired, like many of us, by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and then another book, and then another, and so on...

I am learning as much as possible reading and podcasts from BP, Joe Fairless, Kevin Bupp and Rod Khlief, and am ready to take action this year and get this ball rolling. Currently looking to purchase my first property!

If there are any other newbie's or seasoned veterans in the Southwest Denver area that would like to connect please reach out! I would love to meet for coffee sometime and discuss real estate, goals and anything else. I am pretty active in the local REA groups in the area so I hope to see some of you there and at the BP Meetups in the area as well.
