Hi BP members, My name is Regdric from Houston. I’m new here, and to the real estate industry. I was drawn to BP by a recommendation from a friend after telling them my interest in getting started in real estate investment, and residential service industry. I’ve been listening to the podcast for about 1 week and a half now and have gained very valuable information. My short term goal is to get going on my property management business, paired with other services such as pressure washing and door-to-door trash pick up, geared toward, but not limited to multi-family communities. Another short term goal is to get my first multi-family rental property. In the long term, I plan to own multiple multi-family units in the Houston area. A little about me: I’m am an engineer by trade and currently working full time. I first got involved with residential services when I started a pressure washing business while in college. This molded my decision to to want to get involved in residential service industry. What lead to me wanting to get into property management was living in an apartment for a while, and being intrigued on how the processes of property management systems work. I look forward to gaining more knowledge, building relationships, and help others out after I’ve gained some valuable experience in this area! Any beginner advice other than what’s already here on the forum would be awesome. Thanks! Regdric M.
