I Am The New Kid On The Block
Big Hello to all my fellow BiggerPocketers! I am super excited about my new acquisitions in Tampa, Florida. I am officially a Landlord! Yeah! I was able to lock in two great rentals before the new year. I now have my site on another multi-unit acquisition. That will put me outside my comfort zone as far as property management since I live more than 300 miles away. I am ready for the new challenge. I am open to any suggestions. Wish me luck!
