New Member in Grand Rapids

Hello Everyone!,

New to the Bigger Pockets network, but looking forward to digging through the wealth of knowledge on this forum. 

My names David Welch, I live in the Grand Rapids Area and work a full time non real-estate job, and almost fell into Real Estate Investing, 3 years ago, I was sick of paying a rent so someone else could pay off a house. So, I began looking into how to get a mortgage and was amazed I qualified.  Three years later, I now own 3 single family homes in a thriving city that keeps growing by the day. Became a realtor just because I was to pick up a commission when I buy a house (Don't worry, I'm not looking for your business).

I'm looking for opportunities to grow my network with other investors in the GR area.
