Merging Mortgages on 5 properties

I figured I would ask this here instead of doing the google thing. Always find better answers here anyways.

I currently own 6 buildings, 17 units total. I am carrying 4 traditional 30 year mortgages and one owner financed. 

My question is, is there a way to get one loan to cover all it? 

All are located in Maine.
