Property Management in Florida

Hello BP, I live in Eustis FL and I want to get into property management. From what I’ve researched, I cannot start a business in it unless I am a broker myself, or someone in the company is a broker. My goal is to get my real estate associate license this year and my brokers two years after so that I can form an LLC in PM. Any recommendations on how I can best approach my goal? Also, because I am not a broker, would I be limited to the amount of property management I can do? Thanks!
