Hi,

I am Kathryn, a new member from Rochester, NY. I am new to the real estate game, and am looking to gain knowledge and connections with more experienced people in my area. My husband and I live in our first flip that was bought on foreclosure. We also part own a house in Bonita Springs, FL, which is rented out short term as a vacation rental. We were undecided what do to after this flip, so we stayed put hoping to save money and gain knowledge before our next move. We both work full time and are looking to start making some small, but meaningful moves in the real estate world. We are non-stop listening to podcasts and reading to learn all we can!
