Hello All! 

I hope this finds you well. Coming to you from Jacksonville, FL 

I've had my account for some time now. Lurking in a few posts.. going to some local REIA meetings, Deal Maker meetings. Slowly working my way towards making a move into actually making something happen. I feel like I have been getting bits and pieces of information and to be honest there is so much AWESOME info on here, its kind of over whelming on how to actually get started. We are starting in the wholesale sector and I know I need leads, generate some traction our way. Ive started to set up a facebook page and even that is proving to be more intricate than I thought but I know that could help tremendously. My business partner and I are looking to lock down an LLC as well. Im looking to get an understanding of the 5 most important things to take into account when starting out. My business partner and I both have full time day jobs as well, looking to make this a full time job of course. Any kind advice or links that could help us out would be greatly appreciated!
