Newbie to BP & Denver, CO

Hello BP Community!  my name is David Jones. I'm from Jacksonville, FL however I just recently relocated to Denver, CO. I'm currently working as an engineer, however my goal to be financial free after building a portfolio of multifamily/commercial units that suffices my lifestyle. I'm very novice to investing and I came across BP via their podcast. I've been listening for over a year now and I'm eager to continue to learn and take action. My current goal is to purchase & househack a multifamily home in the Denver area or maybe one of the towns in the outskirts such as Arvada, Englewood, Westminster, etc.

If anyone has any suggestions/references to local agents to contact (or not to contact) that would be much appreciated.

Also with me being new to Denver and still learning the city, what are some good areas to explore and areas to avoid?

I'm excited to join the BP Community!

Thanks!
