Hey guys my name is roland I'm 24 years old and I'm from the Bay Area, I grew up in Vallejo CA and I am currently doing my first flip with a mentor in Pittsburg, ca. I just recently got my real estate license and am looking to partner and be mentored by as many people as I can in the new year, I purchased a home in Martinez ca in 2011 and have since gained a decent amount of equity in my home which has finally gave me the capital to do what I really wanna do, I've been researching home flipping for the last couple of years as well as improving mine on my own as much as I can, since I grew up in Vallejo I do have a leg up on what areas are decent and which not, if anybody has any info, constructive criticism etc please let me know and thank you for reading!!
