Hi BP community!
I've been snooping around the forums & blogs for about a month now and have recently upgraded to Plus to try and find locals near me & to see the properties on the BP Marketplace. I feel like many newbies like myself have the issue of just over-analyzing things to the point where you feel stuck in pursuing a deal.
I have a simple question, does anyone know of anyone or group, that looks to train newbies with capital to put into a deal from the beginning for a share in the profits? I feel as if I understand the concepts, but haven't been able to prove it and I also believe that working with someone else or a group is better than going at it alone.
My 5 year goal is to implement BRRR strategy, but think Flips & Wholesaling would offer a great deal of knowledge. Ultimate goal is Cash Flow & commercial residential.
Bottom line is I'll be going at it either way, but would be faster with an experienced partner with a proven track record :) THANK YOU!
