Wholesalers in the Waterbury, CT area?

Hello everyone, I am new to the wholesaling business, but I am very serious about this career path and willing to do whatever it takes. I have been doing tons of research on wholesaling and still am. I have a suffice amount of information, but there are still few things I'm unsure about. Contracts are what's holding me back the most because I'm not 100% with it. Anyone around the CT area preferably Waterbury area willing to partner or assist me in return for work or anything you want to negotiate. I'm more than willing to travel.
