Hi BP community, My name is Charece, and I am new to Real Estate Investing. I have yet to complete my first deal, but eager to learn! I’ve been interested in Real Estate for over 10 years now, since my teenage years. I’ve attended workshops and seminars, and have also attempted becoming a real estate agent, twice.  I actually enjoy looking at houses,  but most importantly learning, it’s all so interesting! I’m so excited to get started and buy my first property and meet new people. I’m open to receiving information and suggestions.I want to learn as much as I can, and grow within this community.  I look forward to talking and meeting as many of you as I can!
