Hello everyone!

Love this site and I'm addicted to the podcast.

I recently moved to Nebraska from a small town in up state NY. My wife and are are on our 3rd live in flip, (just realize I was doing the brrrr method of sorts) Anyhow, I didn't buy my homes based on the resale value of the area, it was where my job was. That being said I have a house in NY that isn't quite finished and isn't in a great area, (it's very rural) that I'm looking to sell and offer owner Financing.

I'm getting a lot of interest in it and am looking for advice on applications for screening potential buyers. I'm assuming I will want to gather all the same info a back would for a mortgage. Am I missing anything?
