Hello everyone on BP. I've been following the podcast for a few months now and I've finally decide to create an account and get serious about investing in my future and gaining financial stability.

I want to be a part of this community because I believe that if you surround yourself with like minded individuals than you are bound to succeed. I've been working hard on educating myself on financial literacy and improving my own personal finances. I found away to increase my cash follow during my senior year of college by working 4 jobs. After graduating college I manage to land a grad assistant ship that paid for me as I pursed my masters degree and paid me a stipend every month. Not long after my first semester in grad school I was offered a job that pays 36,000 per year. I just started that job 8 days ago.

My goal is to save up as much as I can so that by the end of the year I can buy a multi-family house and house hack it.  Honestly I'm nowhere near financially able to buy a house now but the goal is to learn as much as I can from the BiggerPockets community why I save for my future investment.

Nice to meet you all. If anyone is in the Orono, old town or great Bangor area please feel free to hit me up for coffee of to talk real estate.
