Rookie to investing from Atlanta, GA!

Hey BP,

Name's Jewel, and I've been following BP for a couple weeks, and have decided to take the plunge. I'm a complete green thumb, but interested in learning more about real estate investing, particularly in multifamily properties as I'm looking to purchase in the Metro Atlanta area, and I like the idea of house hacking.

Got here because I'd often been told by friends and family that it was "time to buy a house", but I've never liked the idea of purchasing something fairly expensive (I live in the north Atlanta / Marietta area), that would have me "tied down".

You all have already helped me so much already! Looking forward to learning and growing more.
