I've been investing in real estate for about 7-8 years, I have 17 units currently. I am located in the cincinnati OH, nky area. I started with a small amount in my savings... 25k, bought a 3 family my first deal, and have been building ever since.  I will be quitting my full time job soon to dedicate all my time to RE investing. Which is very exciting for me.  I am interested in connecting with people that are in the 50-100 unit range and interested in their strategy on how they got there.
