Hello from Charlotte,NC but California still has my heart!

Hello all! My name is Travis Tucker. I have been investing in real estate for 12+ years now. I began in sunny California with a couple of condo's and have moved right along swimmingly.

After graduating from high school I got my real estate agents license and tried my hand at selling some homes. NOT FOR ME! I did not enjoy it but still loved something about real estate. I started investing, flipping houses thanks to Visa and MasterCard (not a smart move, but it paid off), and it clicked. I fell in love with investing. At the same time I took over a Termite and Pest control company and ran that business for a number of years. Left that company for more Real Estate.

Now I work for a company outside of Charlotte, NC that has some pretty cool real estate technology that we have made available to the general public. Pretty cool story, pretty cool tech but don't want to pitch it here.

For now I have hung up my full time investor hat and have begun to help others in the industry through the company I work for.

Well there I am in a nutshell. I look forward to meeting all the great people who contribute to this site.
