Hello all! My name is Tracy and I am a real estate agent (soon to be broker) in Southern California. I love working with investors and my specialty is finding homes that are under market value, usually about 80k under, although occasionally much more. Just last week we closed a deal that had 1 million dollars of equity in it!! And the appraiser confirmed it--yay:)
