Greetings!  I’ve been perusing the site for a while and have finally joined.  I’m in the very early stages of exploring a house hack for vacation and/or short-term business rental.  Working plan is for a purpose-built structure on my existing residential property.  Will use for family/friend visitors as needed, but short-term rent the bulk of the time. Considering making it a fully accessible structure for potential future use by mobility-challenged elderly relatives, as well as those travelers with special needs.
