Hi Guys,

Steve here from Tucker, GA. Just attended a Fortune Builders Seminar at end of year to feed my interest in property Flipping. Currently an Auto Broker as well as Ticket broker. Looking to transition Full time (eventually) into Real estate Investing. I'm currently in the business planning phase of my venture. (How to structure my business mainly.) Although I knew The Fortune Builders Seminar would eventually try to upsell me something ridiculous, I still took away a wealth of valuable info from the 3 day class. Not enough though to sucker me into the 30,40,50k asking price of their mastery program though. With a little help from Google, it didn't take me very long to discover this forum. I'm so excited about the information that is freely available on this website. Can't wait to get my read on and bounce ideas and questions off fellow members.
