New to BiggerPockets

Hey guys,

My name is Nick Selca and I’m a newly licensed realtor in Fairfield, Connecticut. I’m new to BiggerPockets and have been listening to the podcasts and reading some of the blogs and I’m hooked. I figured the next step would be for me to become active on the forums and introduce myself!

I’m mainly focused on building capital through my real estate business in order to kickstart my investing career as soon as possible. I’m currently looking to network with investors, commercial agents, contractors, etc. near me to learn the business as much as I can in order to start investing as soon as possible.

Also, if anyone could post some of their favorite blogs or even their favorite podcasts that would be great. The @Scott Trench and @Devan Mcclish podcasts are two of my personal favorites.
