Investing in Indianapolis and other midwest / south markets

Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to BP and happy to be a part of the community!  I live on the west coast and have been a fairly active investor out here.  That said, it's just gotten too expensive for me.  I grew up in Indy and am looking for opportunities to invest in that market since I have a decent sense of the city.  I'd love to network with anyone on the site and would definitely be appreciative of any info about property managers, rehabbers and turn key companies you might recommend.    I'm also looking into other markets in the midwest and potentially the south.

Nice to meet everyone on the BP community!

Mike
