Hello, my name is Matt. I'm a 20 year old college student attending Penn State University. I currently live in Pittsburgh and will be moving to State College for class in fall.

I'm really looking to get started in real estate by doing "Lonnie" mobile home deals. Anyone who knows anything about obtaining licenses from Pennsylvania, now with the SAFE act, would be a great help.
