im look to syndicate a deal how do make this partnership
Hi, I am looking to purchases an apartment building its a 5.69 cap in a good neighbored hood,,the property will probably appreciate a lot in the near future, I getting from one investor 25% and i will be take a 2 million dollar loan, on the building for the rest, so basically im bringing the deal to the investor, I will be working on the loan, running the project ect. My plan is to refinance as soon as I can get all the money out and give back the the investor. My question is how do I structure this load? how much present is mine and how much is his ?
Thanks for your help!
