Hello my name is Billy and I am a Full time wholesaler/ Landlord. I have been following bigger pockets for about 2 years on and off but never really set my account up. I have been around real estate for about 3 years and full time for 1 year. I left me corporate job to dive 100% in to the wholesale / loan assumption part of the business and loving it.
