Hey everyone my name is Cory I am new to the biggerpockets community, and i need to say WOW what i community it is. I have already found answers to many of my questions before i even created an account!

I have been investing on and off for 2 years and have made it my goal to do this full time!! Financial freedom is my true dream and I am on the main course to achieve it.

I am currently working on networking to find wholesale deals, a lot of FOTS, birddogs, and WOM for what I am looking for. I live by the 3 ft. Rule and exchanging information because everyone on here already knows, You're network= You're net worth.

Cant wait to dive into the community here, build relationships and of course, SELL HOUSES!
