New member in Maryland

Hi Everyone!!!

I live in Upper Marlboro, Maryland and I want to get into real estate investing.  I've listened to a ton of the bigger pockets podcasts and many of them recommend to introduce yourself on the forum which I'm doing... :)  I'm currently managing a couple rental properties but I'd like to get into flipping homes in the MD/DC area...preferable near the beltway.  I already have my construction team together and I'm currently lining up my financing, I've spoken to a couple hard money lenders and private investors and am ready to pull the trigger.  I'd like to meet others who are in it and get some ideas and inspiration!
