While I’ve dabbled a bit here and there in the forums, I have not made a formal introduction.  My wife and I have seen the opportunities made available to those that follow through and make logic based decisions.  This decision is an easy one and we are currently picking the low hanging fruit in our area and have been surprised at how others doing the same manage to find each other.  No more rat-race for us, though we gave up that mindset when we short-saled our first house, moving across the country for a business opportunity.
