Newbie from San Diego, CA

Hello BP Community, 

My name is Andrew and I'm originally from Reno, NV and relocated to the beaches of San Diego, CA in 2015. I'm an Analyst for a finance company and have been interested in real estate for years - mostly flipping and rentals. I've always had a passion for real estate investing in order to build a solid portfolio that would generate passive income and eventually lead to financial freedom. Since the BP Community is extremely helpful and optimistic in guiding people to success, I look forward to connecting, meeting, and learning from this community. The goal is to have my first rental property by the end of 2018...crossing my fingers!
