I've been in the background for the past few months listening and learning to everything that will make me successful in my upcoming opportunity. Thanks for all the information that this site has to offer.

So to get started, I was given an opportunity to purchase a 10unit apartment complex that my wife's grandparents currently own and I'm currently in the process of obtaining a commercial loan for it. As I understand it, the ConC, cap rate and debt service are all favorable.

Later today I'll be setting up a LLC and learning more about that aspect.

The commercial loan actually just went to underwriting on the 15th of December. So assuming it gets approved this werk, the appraisal will be the next step in the process.

Anyways, this is my story and as I learn more about real estate. I plan to invest in Sfh' s and/or multifamilies in the next 1-3 years.

Anyother mid-Michigan investors in here that are active?

Thanks,

Tony
