RE Private Lender - here for networking and forum of course

I started watching BP videos on youtube, and always found some useful informations even though I can call myself veteran in RE industry. I know it's mostly investors who are on here, but there is always the other end of the story, someone who puts two ends together, gets investors new deals, paperwork, processing..... you know the rest. 

To me Bigger Pocket was a place where I can read without having to register, it was a library when I needed help, and a great place to see what investors are looking for. What kind of problems and questions they may have, and a way for me to target potential investors that we can partner up with and create a relationship

So one day I decided to sign up and become part of the website that is making history (they are getting huge). That day was yesterday :)
