Hello BP, My name is Brian Widdis from Monmouth County. I currently work for a small builder as a project manager focusing on custom homes including new construction, renovations, and additions. With that said I am fairly comfortable with the ins and outs of construction and associated costs. My goal is to learn a lot more about real estate pricing, comps, and finding the right deals/properties. Future goals include several flips and generating enough capital and experience to focus on new construction “spec” homes. Looks forward to hearing from the BP community and learning with everyone.
