Looking for a real estate agent in Maryland (outside of DC)

I am new to BP. Really like how BP is helping folks like me who are excited about real estate investment. Also like the folks who are helping others in the forum. Much appreciated.

Looking for an agent who has pulse on the Maryland market just outside of DC. Locations I am talking about are like Columbia, Silver spring, Bowie, Laurel, Hanover, Glen Burnie, Towson, Glen Burnie, Crofton, Odenton, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Severn, Savage, or Severna Park in Maryland.

Somebody with rental investment experience would be great.

I am looking for an agent who is still young, have integrity, go getter, understand investor’s goal, and motivated to find a deal.

I would appreciate if you can refer me a good real estate agent in this area who matches some of the criterial I outlined above.
