Hell everyone,

I’m new to bigger pockets and real estate investing. Im currently a lab manager and contracted marketer for a rehab company. I’m interested in wholesaling and flipping. If there are any seasoned Investors in Baltimore willing to help please reach out, I’m also open to those any where just willing to help. I’ve done some cold calls, driving for dollars and had leads as well as used a realtor to find properties to flip but have Been unsuccessful over the past month and a half! I’m willing to do any work necessary and invest monetarily for guidance!
