So new I haven't even scouted my first property. I have been trying to scoop up some knowhow and understand what I should be doing before I just try to go get a house and do something with it. I hear a lot that one of the first things people recommend is to connect with local investors and try to get their friendship sometimes even mentorship before they jump in, so, anyone in Tucson want to have coffee soon?
