I am currently employed and would like to flip houses part time for now but I do not know where to start. I have good credit and have experience managing employees in the petro/chemical field. Are there any local resources in Pasadena Tx?

For a quick low cost way to get started, I would recommend you read the book "Deals on Wheels" by Lonnie Scruggs. Follow the guidelines there and you should be on your way. Welcome to the BP site! Learn as much as you can from all the resident experts on the site!
