Hello my name is Jared and I am from Indianapolis area.  I am just starting out in real estate and looking to grow my portfolio of properties in a "buy and hold" for rental properties.  I am extremely busy with my full time job and am looking for opportunities that I can invest in and hopefully build up my portfolio enough to where I can step away from my full time job and go into real estate full time.  I am interested in single family, small multi-family, and large multi-family properties.  Interested in connecting with agents, property managers, brokers, etc.  Also interested in hearing from all of you seasoned investors out there as you can never have to many mentors in life.   I am looking forward to connecting with you all and looking forward to what the future holds for my career in real estate.  Please feel free to email me at the email listed in my profile.
