Hello,

My name is Clayton Phillips and I live in Corpus Christi, Texas. My wife and I have two children and i am looking to purchase rental homes in my local area to help generate income on the side for us. We recently purchased our first home back in November (cash purchase) and now are looking to purchase two more as rental homes.
