Chicago Newbie Looking to Get into REI!

Hi everybody—

Aspiring real estate investor from the Chicagoland area, looking to get started soon. I’ve been educating myself for the past ~6 months while working to save up about 10k.

I think I’d like to focus on flipping properties to build some capital and hopefully invest some of my profits later in rentals.

My motivation hasn’t been shaken and I am excited to begin! Partnering on a flip would be a great first step for me.

Thanks for hearing me out, please feel free to reach out to me!
