Getting Started in Real Estate

Hello everyone, my name is Zachary Frederico. I am a 23 year old Real Estate agent from Long Island, NY. I have always wanted to invest and flip properties in Real Estate since I was a kid, so I am using my license to build income and learn markets along the way. I am only 2 months in and know I have a long journey ahead but I do consider myself an extravert so I have begun to reach out to some local investors. Looking forward to learning from these blogs as well, there seems to be some very intelligent people on here and I am happy to officially be in the BP community!!
