Newbie Couple in Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN! Excited to Invest!

Hi! My name is Chad and my wife's name is Linnea. We have been married for over 9 years and are passionate about Real Estate, investing, family and God.  We're in the beginning stages of Real Estate Investing and are focused on ramping up our knowledge as we get closer to making our first investment!  We're listening to podcasts non-stop and started the 90Day Challenge about a week ago - Fun!!  We're interested in both flipping and rentals.   We have a desire to make strategic decisions and build wealth so that we can be financially free and be generous to those in need!  

We're excited to be part of the BP Community and we'd love any advice and help that you can give us.  Hopefully someday we will be giving advice too!  :)
